The Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners in New York and the Chairman of the Board of the Generation Mortgage Company, Jeffrey "Jeff" Lewis, founded and managed the Fixed Income Derivatives Group for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, (DLJ) where he also managed the Mortgage Arbitrage Group and co-headed Residential Mortgage trading prior to joining Guggenheim Partners. Jeff also worked at Bankers Trust & Drexel Burnham as a Mortgage Securities trader. He received his BA in Government and MBA in Finance from Cornell University. Jeff, his wife, and two children reside in New York City.

With nearly a decade of industry experience, Kimberly Kerrigan Smith has a proven management track record in both the Wholesale and Retail reverse mortgage channels. She was previously a Senior Vice President with One Reverse Mortgage, LLC where she was instrumental in creating one of the nation's largest reverse mortgage companies. Prior to that, she served as the Wholesale Regional Manager at Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
Kimberly graduated magna cum laude from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in business and earning a minor in economics. She currently resides with her husband in La Jolla, CA.

Generation Mortgage's Chief Operations Officer, Mark Sohl has more than 28 years of successful business and consulting experience. Mark has worked extensively with technology, professional services, airline, retail, online advertising, online bill processing, and eCommerce companies. He has earned an excellent reputation of inspiring organizations to achieve results while strengthening the capabilities of the leadership team.
Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, Mark held senior leadership positions at AutoTrader.com, CheckFree Corporation, Delta Technology and Delta Air Lines. In addition, Mark has extensive experience in business / IT alignment and structuring IT organizations for success. He has led Merger and Acquisition transition and integration phases for both large multi-site corporations and small high-growth companies.
Mark majored in Mathematics with a concentration in MIS while attending the University of Georgia and Georgia State University. Mark resides in Milton, Georgia with his wife, Bonnie, and their three children.

Carl Rojas, Generation Mortgage's Chief Financial Officer served as the GMC Corporate Controller prior to his current position.
Carl is a graduate of UT – Austin where he received a BA in Philosophy. He earned his accounting degree from Texas Tech University as well as a Masters in Information Systems, also from Texas Tech.
Carl has well over 20 years of experience in leading teams, delivering results and providing financial and accounting leadership. Prior to joining GMC Carl served as the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Barzel Industries. Carl also held significant leadership positions at Earthlink, AmeriCold, and Equifax. Carl's influence and experience throughout his career has delivered significant results and positive messaging. Carl holds a Certified Public Accountant distinction.

With more than twenty-five years in technology leadership roles, Walt’s background includes positions managing IT and delivery teams at software and services companies as well as leading consulting groups. He has grown and transformed businesses, their customers and teams. Adept at working on technology challenges at both large and small companies, Walt frequently speaks to professional groups on the topics of IT governance, risk management and compliance.
After earning a BS in Physics from Guilford College, Walt began his career as a technical officer in the US Air Force, and has served in a variety of technology leadership roles with companies such as Fidelity, Gannett Corporation, TRW, Spherion, Ajilon Consulting and RM Battle. Walt earned a Master’s degree in Public and Private Administration from Central Michigan University in 1991. While at TRW, he won the President's Award for leadership on their largest commercial project.
Walt makes his home just outside of Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Eileen and their four children.

Mary Ann Rutledge has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has worked with mortgage companies based in several states, including California, Oklahoma and Washington. She has served as a loan originator, processor, underwriter, manager and trainer.
She became involved in the reverse mortgage industry in 1993 while in California and for the last ten years, has been totally immersed in the reverse mortgage industry in Atlanta helping seniors obtain financial security and maintain their independent lifestyle. Based upon her knowledge of the reverse mortgage business, she has been assigned to oversee the company's systems and process improvement.

As Vice President, Closing/Post Closing, Sydney's responsibilities encompass various aspects involved within the closing and post closing process: loan funding, warehouse lines of credit, government issuance, shipping, final documents, record retention and conversion to the servicing platform. Sydney's goal is to ensure our customers and partners are provided with the best customer service in the reverse mortgage industry while maintaining internal and external goals and objectives.

With 19 years' experience in the mortgage industry, her management experiences includes Closing Manager with Generation Mortgage; Operations Manager for Mortgage Source Direct and Underwriting Manager with former forward mortgage employers. Sydney currently holds her DE underwriter ID which she obtained in 2001.

Sydney graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree, with a minor in Real Estate. She is also a former Auxiliary Member of the Atlanta Colt Youth Association.

Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, Alysse was the Regional Processing Manager at The Lending Center. She has been in the mortgage industry for over seven years and the last three years she has been working with Reverse Mortgages.

At Generation Mortgage, Alysse is focused on providing training and education in order to facilitate a better understanding of product requirements and a more satisfying experience for our partners and senior clients.

As the Company's Compliance Officer, Stacey Rayburn oversees all aspects of the Compliance Department – including federal and state compliance, regulatory training, state and federal licensing, advertising compliance and quality control reporting. Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, Stacey served as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Risk Management and Corporate Secretary at Amtrust Mortgage Corporation.
With twenty-five years' experience in the mortgage industry, she also held management positions with PNC Mortgage Corporation, served as the Vice President, Operations and Corporate Secretary at Southern Capital Mortgage Corporation, and was instrumental in growing the Builder Services Department and Wholesale Broker Accounts at American National Financial. Stacey resides in the Atlanta area with her husband and son.

Amy Davies serves as the Company's Human Resources Director. Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, she served as First Vice President - Human Resources for Atlanta-based Silverton Bank, at the time, the nation's largest correspondent bank with over $4.1 billion in assets. Prior to that, she led human resource departments at Bell South and AT&T.
With more than a decade in human resources, Amy's expertise includes policy and procedure development, employee relations and communications, recruiting and staffing, process improvement, performance management, reporting analysis and labor relations.
In addition to a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State, Amy also holds a Professional Human Resources certification and is a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management.

Mellonie joined Generation Mortgage as Legal Counsel with 15 years of litigation and in-house experience. Her experience includes heavily regulated industries such as securities, insurance and manufacturing. Mellonie has led the company wide effort to formalize policies and procedures and has successfully created and expanded the legal department of Generation Mortgage.

Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, Mellonie was the supervising attorney for Milberg, Weiss, Bershad, Hynes and Lerach and held in-house positions with Centennial Capital Management and Georgia-Pacific. Mellonie holds a BA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a JD from Massachusetts School of Law and an MBA from Mercer University.
