Jeffrey Lewis is a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners in New York and the Chairman of the Board of Generation Mortgage Company. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Jeff founded and managed the Fixed Income Derivatives Group for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, (DLJ) where he also managed the Mortgage Arbitrage Group and co-headed Residential Mortgage trading.
Prior to DLJ, Jeff worked at Bankers Trust & Drexel Burnham as a Mortgage Securities trader. Jeff received his BA in Government and MBA in Finance from Cornell University. Jeff and his wife reside in New York City with their two children.

Scott C. Peters
President & Chief Executive Officer
Scott Peters is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Generation Mortgage Company and has nearly 30 years of successful business leadership experience. Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, he held senior leadership positions with MassMutual, General Electric Capital Corporation, The Profit Recovery Group International, AT&T, SCP Consulting, CompuCredit Corporation, and Nortel Networks.
Scott is highly skilled in the development and implementation of process improvement programs that consistently achieve outstanding results. He has achieved global recognition for Customer Satisfaction, and earned hundreds of millions of dollars in savings and profits.
Scott earned his Bachelor's Degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and was a decorated officer in the U.S. Army. He also earned his MBA from California State Polytechnic University, where he graduated at the top of his class.
Scott currently serves on the Board of Advisors for WNA Limited Company, as well as the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Georgia.

Steven R. McClellan
Chief Financial Officer
Steve McClellan is the Chief Financial Officer of Generation Mortgage Company and has over 30 years of successful financial and operational leadership across a broad spectrum of businesses. Steve has been CEO of a multimillion dollar distribution company he founded. In addition, Steve was Chief Financial Officer of two NYSE exchange listed companies. Also, Steve has held several executive operational and credit policy positions at Wachovia and Bank of America.
Steve received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Steve resides in Atlanta with his wife Sharon. They have three children.

Debbie Turner
Chief Operating Officer
Debbie Turner is Chief Operating Officer and oversees all operations of the company which includes Underwriting, Processing, Closing/Post Closing, and Servicing. Debbie has over 28 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
Over the years, Debbie has held senior management positions with Chase Manhattan Mortgage, American Residential Mortgage, Premier Lending Corporation and Generation Mortgage Company. In addition, Debbie was the founder and owner of Mortgage Compliance Consulting located in Atlanta, Georgia. Debbie's management experience includes the operations and compliance of a 53 branch office network. Along with this, Debbie has extensive experience in policy and procedure development for the compliance industry, performing departmental audits, providing necessary training based upon audit results and management of Divisional and National Operations.
Debbie held the position of Vice President National Operations Manager and was awarded the "National Presidential Award of Achievement" for her efforts.

Mark Sohl
Chief Information Officer
Mark Sohl is the Chief Information Officer with more than 28 years of successful business and consulting experience. Mark has worked extensively with technology, professional services, airline, retail, online advertising, online bill processing and eCommerce companies. He has earned an excellent reputation of inspiring organizations to achieve results while strengthening the capabilities of the leadership team.
Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, Mark held senior leadership positions at AutoTrader.com, CheckFree Corporation, Delta Technology and Delta Air Lines. In addition, Mark led several successful consulting engagements to strengthen both revenue performance and deliver improved operational efficiencies. Mark has extensive experience in business / IT alignment and structuring IT organizations for success. He has led Merger and Acquisition transition and integration phases for both large multi-site corporations and small high-growth companies.
Mark majored in Mathematics with a concentration in MIS while attending the University of Georgia and Georgia State University. Mark resides in Milton, Georgia with his wife, Bonnie, and their three children.

Sherry B. Apanay
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Sherry is responsible for the company’s wholesale and retail sales. With experience in retail as well as wholesale arenas, Sherry has been working within the reverse mortgage industry for the past 15 years and managed a business division for the past 11 years. Sherry began her reverse mortgage career with Unity Mortgage Corporation based in Atlanta, where she helped support all aspects of reverse mortgage operations, earning an AVP position. In 1996, she established their Wholesale Division and has since been instrumental in developing the nations’ reverse mortgage broker and correspondent business.
In addition, Sherry worked closely with FNAM and FHA during its infancy, promoting the HECM program. Most recently, Sherry served as a First Vice President of Wholesale Sales & Operations for a leading nationwide reverse mortgage lender. She has been a member of NRMLA (National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association) since its inception and has been an avid membership supporter. Sherry currently serves as Co-Chair for NRMLA’s Education Committee.

Keith McNulty
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Process Improvement
Keith McNulty is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Process Improvement who leads strategic planning and cross functional initiatives, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Keith has over 15 years of leadership experience in strategy and finance. He led strategy and business planning for Global Business Services at Nortel Networks, driving initiatives to realize cost savings, deploy quality processes and systems, and achieve industry-leading performance. He worked in Corporate Development at CompuCredit Corporation, leading financial analysis and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. He analyzed a wide variety of consumer finance companies and specialized in internet lending and marketing.
His prior experience also includes positions at Mirant Corporation, SunTrust Robinson-Humphrey, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bank of America. Earlier in his career, Keith worked at the U.S Department of State in Washington, DC.

Joe Morris
Executive Vice President, National Retail Sales
Joe Morris is Executive Vice President, National Retail Sales. He previously served as Executive Director of Industry Relations & Risk Management.
He has been in an ownership position in the mortgage industry for more than 34 years. As a leader and pioneer of the reverse mortgage industry, Joe is committed to representing a company with a culture that cares about its clients, while providing superior products and unparalleled customer service.
Joe was COO of Financial Freedom for two years, after Unity Mortgage was sold to Lehman Brothers and merged with Financial Freedom in 2000.
In 1991, he and his Unity Mortgage team launched into the reverse mortgage world. By 2000, a 28% US market share had been obtained by conducting business in 42 states. Their servicing portfolio was the 2nd largest at the time. He was responsible for all phases of the Reverse Mortgage Division.
Joe is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management. At his first job with C&S Bank, he was placed in their Residential Mortgage Department.

William A. Zablocki
Vice President - Secondary Marketing
Bill Zablocki is the Vice President of Secondary Marketing and has more than 30 years of mortgage lending management experience, including 20 years of negotiating loan sales and pipeline hedging.
Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, he was Vice President of Secondary Marketing with Urban Trust Bank in Bethesda, MD.
Previously, Bill held executive leadership positions with AME Financial Corporation; Sunshine Mortgage Corporation; Home Mortgage, Inc; Republic Mortgage Corp; Cuna Mortgage Corp; Foster Mortgage Corporation; The Lomas and Nettleton Company; Advance Mortgage Corporation, and James T. Barnes Mortgage Company.
Bill earned his MBA and his Bachelors of Science, Business Administration at the University of Detroit.

Chris Antaya
Vice President - Loan Servicing
Chris Antaya has more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience and has extensive knowledge of a wide range of real estate services with expertise in loan servicing and securitization.
Chris has held management positions with First Fidelity Mortgage and iStar Financial and senior management positions with J.P. Morgan, Peachtree Franchise Financial, Germania of America and Generation Mortgage Company. She has worked with portfolios ranging from $300 million to $100 billion plus in loan balances.
She has been instrumental is achieving Primary Servicing Ratings, Master Servicing Ratings and Franchise Servicing Ratings. In addition, Chris has held the position of Project Director, overseeing two loan servicing system conversions. Throughout her career, she has hired, trained and managed personnel for loan servicing, closing, administrative and asset management departments.
Additionally, Chris has created policies and procedures for Primary Loan Servicing, Master Loan Servicing, Franchise Loan Servicing and Human Resource departments.
She has also served on the development board for SS&C Technologies in developing a state of the art loan servicing software for commercial and franchise loans.

Blake Hurst
Vice President - Closing/Post Closing
As Vice President, Closing/Post Closing, Blake Hurst is responsible for overseeing mortgage closing, funding, warehousing, shipping, government insuring, final docs and record retention on a nationwide basis. At Generation Mortgage, he is focused on how to make a positive impact on the senior community, whether it is through providing the best customer service to creating products that will make a positive impact on the reverse mortgage industry and for the senior borrowers.
His previous experience was as the Vice President of Closing/Post Closing for the Eastern Operations Center of one of the nation's leading reverse mortgage companies.
Blake has been in the mortgage industry for 10 years, the last three years working with reverse mortgages. The majority of his background is in the loan servicing area, working with both residential and commercial mortgages. He has previously served in a number of management capacities including escrow administration, investor reporting and production operations.
While working for SunTrust Mortgage, as well as Hatfield Phillips, his entrepreneurial abilities helped to create and build departments from the ground up, developing policies and procedures, in addition to hiring and training staff.

Kimberly Kerrigan

Previously, Kimberly was a Senior Vice President with One Reverse Mortgage, LLC where she was instrumental in creating one of the nation’s largest reverse mortgage companies. Kimberly’s seven years of reverse mortgage experience includes representing the industry’s pioneer as a Wholesale Regional Manager.

Mary Ann Rutledge

Mary Ann Rutledge has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry while working throughout the nation in California, Oklahoma and Washington. Most of that experience occurred with nationwide forward mortgage companies either as an originator, processor, underwriter, manager or trainer.
She became involved in the reverse mortgage industry in 1993 while in California. At that time, she remembers the enjoyment and satisfaction received by helping seniors obtain financial security and maintain their independent lifestyle in a home they had lived in for many years. For nearly four years, she has been totally immersed in the reverse mortgage industry in Atlanta, GA.

Stacey Rayburn
Compliance Officer
As the Company's Compliance Officer, Stacey Rayburn oversees all aspects of the Compliance Department including federal and state compliance, regulatory training, state and federal licensing, advertising compliance and quality control reporting.
Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, Stacey served as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Risk Management and Corporate Secretary at Amtrust Mortgage Corporation.
With twenty-five years' experience in the mortgage industry, she also held management positions with PNC Mortgage Corporation; served as the Vice President, Operations and Corporate Secretary at Southern Capital Mortgage Corporation, and was instrumental in growing the Builder Services Department and Wholesale Broker Accounts at American National Financial.

Amy Lynn Davies
Human Resources Director
Amy Davies serves as the Company's Human Resources Director. Prior to joining Generation Mortgage, she served as First Vice President - Human Resources for Atlanta-based Silverton Bank, the nation's largest correspondent bank holding over $4.1 billion in assets. Prior to that, she led human resource departments at Bell South and AT&T.
Amy's 10-plus years in human resources includes policy and procedure development, employee relations and communications, recruiting and staffing, process improvement, performance management, reporting analysis and labor relations.
In addition to her bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State, she also holds a Professional Human Resources certification and is a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management.
